Adjua Mensah is a musician, writer, and producer from Splott, Cardiff. Music has been her greatest passion for years. She plays both guitar and bass and is always striving to elevate her craft. Last year, she released her debut EP, and she is very excited to drop a new single as part of another EP later this year.

As Head of EDI, his role is to set the WRU Group EDI Strategy for all areas of their game both on and off field.  He engage with internal and external stakeholders to develop the operational plan and coordinate delivery. 

​Vanessa Mensah is a brow and lash beautician who has created a beautiful space that serves as both a thriving business and a cooperative model. This space is designed to support other start-ups in the beauty industry.

Rhyanne El- Nazer is a health coach who helps ambitious female professionals suffering from burnout to feel more at ease, energised and thrive at work. From an early age, her deep fascination with health and well-being, and its profound impact on longevity and overall quality of life, has been a driving force in her journey
